The D85 Pul-Lift is the original ratchet lever hoist, this unit is what Yale was founded on. The enclosed housing cover, handlever and lower block are made from high tensile white malleable cast iron for overall rugged construction. The graphite cast iron load sheave for the link chain has precision machined chain pockets for accurate fit and durability of the load chain. The Pul-lift unit is the only, choice for the hire industry. The D85 is designed for heavy duty work and is suitable for almost any application in maintenance, mining, construction, steel fabrication, shipbuilding, utility work and especially in the railway industry. The D85 is ideal for spotting and securing heavy loads, simplifying the setting of pipes etc in manholes and trenches. The D95 Pul-lift is a versatile unit for moving, positioning and securing loads. It has taken its technical features from the proven D85 but excels in its cast malleable iron design due to a low tare weight and an extremely small measurement between suspension and load hooks. It has an automatic acting load pressure brake which works on the self-locking principal. The unit also comes complete with free chaining device as standard to quickly attach the load or to pull the chain through the hoist in both directions. The body and handlever are made from impact resistant malleable cast iron and the short ergonomic handlever is fitted with a rubber grip.
The C85 Pul-lift is ideal lor use in the electricity supply industry and in overhead line work. It is essentially the same as the D85 Pul-lift but instead of link chain it comes fitted with roller chain. The roller chain sprocket is made from heat treated chromium-molybdenum steel with precision machined teeth to ensure smooth chain movement. All models can be optionally equipped with an overload protection device in the form of a slipping clutch which is factory preset. A free chaining device is also available as an optional extra.
