Modulift Lattice System

 

The Modulift Lattice System (MLS) is a light-weight modular lifting beam system suitable for handling long, light loads requiring support at close intervals along their length.

 

MLS 3

The original MLS 3 was specifically developed to suit bundles of roofing sheets. Applications for this system have now expanded and includes:
Roofing sheets
Prefabricated building panels
Pipe bundles
Light weight pipe installation

Outline Specification:

• Spans from 6m up to 24m in 3m increments - WLL 3t.
• Spans to 36m - WLL 2t.
• Spans to 42m – WLL 1t.
• 3m modular sections weigh less than 140kg each .
• Modular sections can be rapidly assembled with pins.
• 1m long cross beams attached with location pins at
• every metre.
• An 18m spreader can fit on the back of a 3.5t vehicle.

 

MLS 20

The latest development is the MLS 20 with a capacity of 20 tonnes. This will be capable of carrying 20 tonnes to spans of greater than 40 metres. A full specification is available on request.

Outline Specification:

• Spans from 12m up to 45m in 3m increments - WLL 20t.
• 6 metre and 3 metre modular sections are available, the 6m section weighing 400kgs or less.
• Modular sections can be rapidly assembled with pins.
• Cross beams attached with location pins at very metre.
• Cross beam lengths of 1m, 2m, 3m & 4m
