The TTG is designed lor the horizontal transport of girders, metal plates, profiles, etc. The offset suspension lug ensures thai Ihe flange of the girder will be kept practically horizontal during transport. NOTE: When transporting long girders it is recommended to use a pair of TTG grabs in conjunction with a spreader beam and the plate surface must have a hardness below HRC 3Q/8rinetl 300.
The TTR girder grab is designed for the vertical transport, especially the lifting, transfer and stacking of girders. The clamp's unique position of it's offset suspension lug keeps the girder in a vertical position during transport. NOTE: When transporting long girders it is recommended to use a pair of TTR grabs in conjunction with a spreader beam and the plate surface must have a hardness below HRC 3Q/8rinelt 300.
The THK lifting clamp, when used in pairs, is especially well suited to the transport of thin plates that have a tendency to sag. When used as the two-legged version, the corresponding chains or cables are needed. The working load limit (WLL) applies to two lifting clamps NOTE: The top angle between the chain/rope legs must not exceed 90°.
The TWH lifting clamp, when used in pairs, is well suited to the horizontal transport of individual and bundled plate. The clamp is not suited for thin plate that has a tendency to sag during transport. When ordering these units you must specify if you require the lifting clamp complete with a 'roller' or with a 'plate*. NOTE: The top angle between the chain/rope legs must not exceed 90°.
