Yale also offers a full range of electric, air, petrol and hydraulic power packs, pumps, hoses and every possible accessory you could need. All Yale hydraulic cylinders are manufactured from chromium-molybdenum steel with hard chromium plated pistons and large bronze bearings. Yale hydraulic purnps and cylinders are designed to work under high pressure 700bar (1 0,000 psi). To assist you in selecting the necessary components for simple hydraulic systems, Yale have put together some examples of the most common combinations. Each kit comes complete with all the parts required to get you under way. AJI kits can be tailored to suit the individual's requirements.
HYD Kit-1
This is the most common combination offered by Yale. The kit consists of a single hydraulic cylinder from the YS range, a hand pump from the HPS range and a length of hydraulic hose complete with fittings. Range: 5-100 tonnes Stroke: 15 -345mm A pressure gauge, model GYA-63 is available as an optional extra Kit-1 Comprises of: 1 x YS Hydraulic cylinder 1 x HPS Hand pump 1 x HHC Hydraulic hose (specify length) 1 x Test certificate All parts are fully assembled and ready for use. HYD Kit-2:
As Kit-1 but Kit-2 comes complete with two hydraulic cylinders. Range: 5- 100 tonnes Stroke: 15 -345mm Optional extras: GYA-63 Pressure gauge MY 22 Manifold with individual control valves. Kit-2 Comprises of: 2 x YS Hydraulic cylinders 1 x HPS Hand pump 2 x HHC Hydraulic hoses (specify length] 1 x MY2 Manifold 1 x Test certificate All parts are fully assembled and ready for use. EXAMPLE TWO HYD Krt-3: BASIC SYSTEM c/w DOUBLE-ACTING CYLINDER This Kit comes complete with a double-acting cylinder that pushes and retracts by means of hydraulic pressure. Range: 5 - 200 tonnes Stroke: 30 - 50Qmm Optional extra: GYA-631/GA-70.4 Pressure gauge kit.
