The Davit provides a simple portable method of lifting a load vertically, when used in conjunction with a Yale chain hoist, ratchet lever hoist or winch, and can be easily assembled and used by one person. All Davits can be supplied with different safe working loads, heights, radii and pin diameter to suit your individual requirements. They are all galvanised to BS 729 as standard and therefore are suitable tor permanent outside use.
All Davits can be supplied to suit your existing socket arrangement if new sockets are not being fitted at the time. Cast In complete with cover plate & screws Surface Mounted for bolting to existing concrete base or structure Wall Mounted for bolting to vertical surfaces Suitable backing plates are available for sockets which are to be bolted through a wall or floor. All sockets are hot dip galvanised. Additionally one-off sockets to suit a particular purpose can be designed and manufactured to order.
