"No Fit State Circus" brought into a fit state

"No Fit State Circus" based in Cardiff, required prompt attention to Thoroughly Examine and Report all their Rigging and Lifting gear prior to their busy Spring / Summer tour which commences March 2008.

The BLS Examiners pulled all the right strings to fulfil the circus's tight schedule and ensure continued entertainment to the paying public.
